A PUF (polyurethane foam) sandwich panel is a rigid foam core bonded between two coated steel sheets. The foam insulates; the steel gives strength and a finished, cleanable surface. They are used for cold rooms, roofs, walls, clean rooms and prefab cabins.

Both insulate about the same (k ≈ 0.022 W/mK). PIR behaves better in fire, so choose it when your insurer, client or consultant asks for it, or for large food and pharma buildings. PUF is the standard, lower-cost choice for most cold rooms and sheds.

Typical choices: 30–50 mm for ambient sheds and cabins, 80–100 mm for chillers (+2 to +8 °C), 120–150 mm for freezers (−18 to −25 °C) and 150–200 mm for blast freezers. See the thickness guide for the full chart.

Yes. Panels are cut to length at the plant, typically up to about 12 m. Longer lengths are possible with some makers but need special transport.

We arrange dispatch to sites across India. Transport is extra, at actuals, and quoted separately for your pincode. Transit time depends on which plant the chosen brand dispatches from, and we state it in the quote.

We supply panels and accessories. Erection guidance is available, and installation can be arranged on request depending on location and project size.

Typically cam locks (or fasteners), flashing and trims, L-angles or coving, sealant, and doors. Our calculator estimates cam locks, sealant and L-angles for a room. Flashing is supplied as per your requirement.
